This E book provides a facility for customers to check their account details, deposit details, loan details, and access various utilities.

1. Account Details: Customers can use this option to check their account details, account summary, account statement, and inward cheques in their account.

2. Deposit Details: This option allows customers to view their deposit summary, deposit details, rate of interest, and statement of deposits.

3. Loan Details: Customers can use this option to view their loan summary, loan details, and loan statement.

4. Utilities: Under this menu, customers will find useful utilities such as RD/Deposit calculator, Loan EMI calculator, Housing Loan eligibility information, and demos of internet and mobile banking.

Based on feedback from our esteemed customers, we have replaced the OTP option with MPIN. Customers will receive a MPIN to their registered mobile numbers on first login and they can reset it as per their preference. There is also an option to retrieve the MPIN if a customer forgets it.

Other options include branch/ATM locator, cash remittance limit, notifications, cheque book request, and uncleared funds.

This app allows customers to access their accounts anytime and anywhere with convenience. It is an innovative go-green channel implemented by KVB. All non-financial transactions can be carried out through this app.
